I first joined the Olivus team in early 2023 when I was contracted by the founder, Amber, as a Digital Product Manager. I quickly realized this was a team in stagnation, and got to work!⭐️Within my first few weeks: I conducted a thorough assessment of the existing product's status, resulting in a strict go-forward plan. This plan encompassed the creation of user stories, a review and critique of the UI design and design system, gathering requirements, refining the scope, and the imperative task of establishing a comprehensive company roadmap.⭐️Within my first month: My contributions and impact were recognized swiftly, leading to my promotion as Head of Product at Olivus🌿.⭐️Within the first 3 months: I successfully executed the plan devised in my initial weeks and onboarded a developer to collaborate on building the technical requirements for our MVP2.⭐️Current Focus: Presently, my most pressing priorities include developing our MVP2 prototype on FlutterFlow.io for user testing and validation. Additionally, I am working on summarizing our existing tech stack, refining the product roadmap, and enhancing our feature map specifically tailored for investor presentations.
